3/4/99: Re-released with downloaded driver install changes. The
only change for this version is the installation with WinZip,
instead of PKZip. No driver changes have been made.

refer back to it during the driver installation)
III. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Windows 95/98: Click START, SETTINGS, PRINTERS, and then
double click on the ADD PRINTER icon. In the printer
wizard click on NEXT, LOCAL PRINTER, NEXT, HAVE DISK.
Enter the location of the files that you extracted
(C:LXK5000) in the box labeled manufactures files
and click OK.
Then click on NEXT and select the printer port, and
choose NEXT. If you want to select this as your default
printer (main printer), be sure to select it as default
on this screen. Click on finish to begin coping files.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the
installation.
2. Windows 3.x: Click FILE, RUN, and enter the location of
the driver that you extracted, followed by setup
(c:LXK5000SETUP) The driver files will be installed on
your system. Follow the on-screen instructions during
the driver installation.
3. Click on the Readme icon in the Lexmark 5000 Series
group for more information on your printer.
